Ingredients


  • 1 pkg Smoked Bacon sausages
  • 4 slices bread (any kind)
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) oil-marinated peppers
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Preparation


  1. Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
  2. Bake Smoked Bacon sausages in the oven according to package instructions.
  3. Toast the breakfast bread.
  4. Cook the eggs sunny side up, in butter, adding salt and pepper while cooking.
  5. Assemble the sandwich with all ingredients.
  6. Serve with plenty of napkins and enjoy!
